Watermelon Breeze

There is nothing better than a fresh, cold drink on a sunny day and nothing says summer like watermelon.

Watermelon would have to be one of my favourite fruits, its obvious as to why. Refreshing and light, watermelon is a great summertime snack.

I’ve been hearing all about the health benefits of coconut water, and this quick little recipe would be a great starting point when it comes to giving coconut water a try.

Watermelon Breeze

Ingredients:

3 cups cubed chilled watermelon
1 cup coconut water
squeeze of fresh lime
Ice if needed
Sprig of mint

Method:

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Makes two servings @ 90 calories per serving.
